Order & Delivery:
You can easily locate your order number in the following places:
1. Confirmation email: Your order number will be included in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. Please refer to this email for quick access to your order number.
2. Order-related emails: Each email related to your order, such as shipping updates or delivery notifications, will also include your order number. Please check these emails for easy reference.
3. Order page in your account: If you created an account during the checkout process, you can log in and visit the order page. Your order number will be displayed there for your convenience.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your order details and a tracking number.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within the handling time frame, please check your spam folder in your mailbox. If it still has not been received, please contact us at info@alyah.ca

Right after you've placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.
In order to process all orders quickly, we immediately send all orders to our warehouse to be picked, packaged and shipped. Once your order has been paid and processed, it is no longer possible to change the order.
It can take up to two hours after you have placed your order for you to receive the confirmation email. Please also check your spam inbox.

We’re sorry to hear that your parcel hasn’t been delivered yet, but don’t worry! Always check the tracking link you've received via email. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address.
Is the delivery address correct and is the estimated delivery time unchanged? Then please check your email to see if you received a note from your local shipping company. The package may have been delivered to your neighbours’ or your delivery window may have been rescheduled.
In case there is an issue with the delivery of your order or your parcel has not been delivered, please get in touch with us via mail (info@alyah.ca) or instgram (@alyahclothing). We will look into the whereabouts of your parcel to ensure a quick delivery.
We will investigate Your claim, and if We are satisfied that the non-arrival of the Product(s) was attributable to Us, then a replacement item will be sent.
It is Your responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered on the order. We will take no responsibility if an incorrect address has been entered and You do not receive the item. In this situation, we will do our best to You assist in recovering the item but in the situation the item is not recoverable, We will not be held responsible.
Everybody makes mistakes! When you accidentally filled in the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to solve this issue for you. Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed.
In order to guarantee fast processing, orders are sent to our warehouse immediately so they can be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to make adjustments.
If you place an order outside CANADA & USA , customs charges may apply.
Returns:
If you've purchased a product and wish to return it due to incorrect sizing or change of mind, please follow the following steps:
- Ensure your item matches our returns criteria
- Contact us at info@alyah.ca or message our ig page @alyahclothing and let us know your intention of return
- Seal your returns package securel
- Post your return at your own expense to our warehouse address (Depending on which carrier is receiving your package, you may have to drop it off at a post office or the carrier will pick up the package from your address.)
Once the return has been received and accepted by our team, your refund will be completed via the original payment method. If you prefer, we may also issue your refund as store e-credit.
Once we have received your shipment, we will process the return as soon as possible. It takes a maximum of 5 working days to start processing your return. Once it is processed in our warehouse, we will start the refund process. We will send you an update once your order is received and refunded.
We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after the delivery. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account that was used to place the order.
If you returned your order and selected ‘money refund’ we will refund you as soon as possible within the 14 days of receiving your return. We always refund the amount to the bank account/credit card you used to place the order.
If you paid for part of your returned order with a gift card, we will add the purchase amount of your return to your gift card. After this is processed, you can place a new order with your gift card.

Your invoice is always included in the order confirmation email. You can also find the invoice in your Alyah account. If you can’t find the invoice, don't hesitate to contact us so we can send a new copy to you.
Sale Periods:
During sale periods due to the high traffic of sales and special offers, cancelling or changing any international or domestic order won’t be possible.
